Project Specification
- Structure : RCC framed Structure as per approved drawing.
- Walls : External walls 9’’ & Internal walls 5” thick brick with 1:6 & 1:5 cement sand mortar respectively as mentioned in the plan.

Plastering :
External 12mm thick in ratio of 1:6 of cement and sand.
Internal 8 mm thick in ratio of 1:6 of cement and sand to walls.
Internal 6mm thick in ratio of 1:4 of cement and sand to ceiling. - Flooring : (2’X2’) vitrified tiles flooring in living area, dining area, bed rooms, Kitchen, Balconies.
- Kitchen : Green Marble slab on working platform with stainless steel sink will be provided. Ceramic wall tiles up to the height of 2 feet above the slab, around the area of working platform.
- Toilet : (1’x1’) Antiskid floor tiles wall tiles in the floor and wall tiles up to the height of 6 feet around, one Indian/European Pan, one standing Shower, Tap and one wash basin in each toilet.
- Internal Finish : Living, Dining, Bedroom, Kitchen, Balcony and Toilets will be covered by 2 coats of wall putty and 1 coat of white primer.
- Doors & Frames : 30 mm both sides laminated flush door with wooden angle door frame in all rooms and PVC/Aluminum doors in all bathrooms.
- Windows : 2 track aluminum windows with 1 track mosquito net with MS greel.
- Electrical Fittings : All electrical lines will be concealed with PVC conduit and the wires are of copper (brands- like Anchor/Polycab/Havells etc.) with modular switches.
- Sanitary Fittings : All sanitary fittings & fixture will be of standard ISI marked brands like Jacuar-Essco/ARK/Parryware etc. Each flat will get supply of water from the main water tank established above the apartment roof, having source of water supply through a common deep boring for the apartment.
- Back-Up : 350 to 400 watt generator connection will be given to each unit as standby.
